Oh the irony at the ITC intersection

It's ironic. If this Guam Police officer had his camera pointed out this intersection over to Jerry's Kitchen on February 25, then GPD would have been forced to do something about one of their own in that infamous Red Jeep.

Let's hope this stake out at the ITC Building results in the ticketing or arrest of bad cops violating the law as well.
