There are 48 children at a homeless shelter in Maite, who won't have anything for Christmas without your help.

Lt. Gov. Joshua Tenorio is accepting donations of gifts for these kids. His office will be accepting donations of clothes, shoes, blankets, toiletries, toys, and art and school supplies for them.

Here is the breakdown of the children's ages and gender:

  • 0 to 2 years old: 13 males, 7 females

  • 3 to 5 years old: 7 females, 3 males

  • 6 to 10 years old: 9 males, 6 females

  • 11 to 13 years old: 1 female

  • 14 to 17 years old: 1 female, 1 male

You may drop your donations to his office in the upper left wing of the Ricardo J. Bordallo Governor's Complex in Adelup during normal business hours. Please call 472-8936 to coordinate your drop off.
