Department of Corrections deputy director Robert Camacho confirmed murder suspect Nicholas Moore's parents have posted his bail, but that he has not yet been released.
"We haven't received the court documents yet," Mr. Camacho said. Other information was published in other media.
The magistrate judge approved his release on bail after his parents posted the $1.1 million set by the court, but he remains at DOC as they await the paperwork from the courts.
Mr. Moore is accused of murdering Michael Castro October 30, 2020, and shooting another man 15 days prior.
