The following message is from the Guam Fire Department, according to governor's director of communications Krystal Paco-San Agustin:
"911 wireless and landline services are currently unavailable, if anyone in the public is in need of Emergency Services (Fire, EMS and/or Police) please proceed to the nearest Fire Station or Police Precinct.
"At this time we do not have an ETA for restoration of services but are working diligently with Our service provider to ensure emergency services are restored as soon as possible."
