(Tumon, Guam) A man must have been reliving his Glenn Close impersonation from Fatal Attraction.
Brandon Lee Toves, 34, won’t leave his ex-girlfriend alone. On the evening of May 12, she told him to leave her home and he wouldn’t, so she called police. At 4 a.m. the next day, she woke to find him sleeping on the floor of her outside kitchen. She told him to leave and he started walking away, but then paced around her garage area. She called police again.
Two nights ago he came back and she asked Mr. Toves to leave again. He refused. She went to work yesterday morning, and when she came home last night, he was still there. She called police again, and they arrested him.
Prosecutor Rolland Wimberley, in his declaration of probable cause, accuses Mr. Toves of Criminal Trespass as a misdemeanor, Harassment as a petty misdemeanor, and Criminal Trespass as a petty misdemeanor.
Thankfully, Mr. Toves did not make it to the bathroom scene of his deranged replay of the 1980s thriller.
Hhahhahahahaha!
