An ethics complaint has just been filed against Haig Huynh by the president of Kandit News.
President Troy Torres of Kandit News said he filed the ethics complaint because of what appears to be rampant abuse of power and flagrant violations of Guam law and federal law.
“The governor's son in law, using his authority as her legal counsel, broke the law. He has implicated her in this. The people of Guam deserve the truth and justice,” Torres said. “They are not above the law, and they are certainly not above the people of Guam, whom they are trying to subject.”
