(Tumon, Guam) Gov. Lou Leon Guerrero has just ordered the quarantine of tourists, who do not have a public health-recognized confirmation that they are Coronavirus-free.
The governor also is mandating the home quarantine of any returning resident from a Coronavirus hotspot.
The order was signed at 10 a.m. Monday under the provisions of Executive Order No. 2020-04.
