By a unanimous vote, the Port Authority of Guam board of directors voted to settle an eight-year long dispute with the remaining four of the Port 7 employees.
The employees were wrongfully terminated by Joanne Brown and the Calvo administration in what became the largest political witch hunt in the government of Guam’s history.
Ratepayers were forced to pay more than $7 million in legal fees to attorney Mike Phillips over the past eight years in order for the Calvo administration to continue its witch hunt, that was merit less.
This is a developing story.
Merit less? Are we rewarding fraud now? There are laws regarding workmen’s compensation and these people violated them!
