BREAKING NEWS: Super Typhoon Hagibis

(Tumon, Guam) Hagibis now is a super typhoon. As of 4 p.m. ChST, the massive and rapidly intensifying super typhoon had maximum sustained winds of 150 mph.
Hagibis presently is located:
270 miles east-northeast of Guam
220 miles east-northeast of Rota
175 miles east of Tinian
165 miles east of Saipan
Super Typhoon Hagibis also has slowed down and taken a slight curve north, moving west-northwest now at 15 mph.
Gov. Lou Leon Guerrero is meeting with National Weather Service and Civil Defense officials at this hour and is expected to determine whether there will be an upgrade to the condition of readiness. Guam has been in Condition of Readiness 3 since 1 p.m. today.
The storm could intensify even further through the night, according to the NWS.
