(Tumon, Guam) Sinajana Mayor Robert Hoffman confirmed that a young girl, possibly a fourth grader at C.L. Taitano Elementary School, reported that she was chased by a man who first offered her candy in front of St. Jude Catholic Church as she was walking to school this morning.
The mayor said he has spoken with the Guam Police Department and public schools superintendent Jon Fernandez about the incident. He is helping to track down any witnesses or surveillance footage from the area to identify and to find the man.
