The Todu Guam Foundation Mobile Care Clinic Program continues to execute its mission of providing preventative healthcare needs for uninsured and underinsured children and families.
Parents and legal guardians of children needing to update their child’s immunization record and obtain a physical exam required for school clearance are encouraged to either call the foundation office at 989-0731 or to send an email at foundation@toduguam.com to schedule an appointment. Slots are limited and once filled will be placed on a waiting list for the next available appointment.
The pandemic has adjusted the traditional medical outreaches that are done in the community on a quarterly basis. The stringent protocols and restrictions put into place during the public health emergency has led to the foundation shifting to safer options to get families seen by healthcare professionals.
The Todu Guam Foundation is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, which provides health services and health education to unreached, uninsured, and underinsured children and families. The Todu Guam Mobile Care Clinic services the community to help meet primary health needs, treating both acute and chronic illnesses, and disseminating health education.
As Guam schools contemplate returning to face-to-face instructions, we know that students will be required to provide updated health records of immunization shots, TB Screenings, and physical exams. Many families have lost their jobs and as a result have lost health insurance coverage.

To be eligible for these free services, the child must be uninsured, underinsured, on Medicaid or on the Medically Indigent Program (MIP). Parents and/or guardians must be prepared to provide their photo I.D., and their child’s recent shot record. Parents and/or legal guardian must also accompany child to their appointment at the designated TG Foundation participating provider.
