(Tumon, Guam) You can be tested for COVID-19 free of charge at the Northern or Southern Public Health Centers IF you have symptoms, call ahead of time, and meet specific guidelines that public health officials will review with you, according to Civil Defense spokeswoman Jenna Blas.
This privilege is available to those residents who meet the criteria for testing, and who do not have a doctor and cannot afford to get tested at a clinic.
