CAUGHT ON TAPE: Ex-DOC guard stealing from home while family sleeps

(Tumon, Guam) Joshua Mafnas, a former Department of Corrections officer, was caught on tape stealing from a home in Yigo while the residents were sleeping.
Mr. Mafnas was the driver of a black Toyota Tacoma, joined by Vanessa Gephart and Damien Pangelinan. The trio drove into the gated property, took a pressure washer and a speaker, and were gone in minutes. The family that lives in the house has young children, who were sleeping in the house at the time.
Anyone who has information on either of the thieves's whereabouts should call 911 right away and provide officers with the information.
