(Tumon, Guam) Chief Justice Katherine Maraman has ordered the reopening of the island's local courts at 1 p.m. today.
Judiciary workers are to report to work at noon.
The process to reschedule all hearings, jury trials, and jury selection proceedings will be
prioritized by the Superior Court of Guam Clerk of Court, in consultation with judicial
officers.
Jurors are advised to check the Judiciary of Guam's jury recording system after 5:00pm
on Tuesday for their next jury instructions.
The governor has declared the island in Condition of Readiness 4.
