This picture, taken today, shows what appear to be three agents from the Federal Bureau of Investigation Honolulu Field Office seizing documents from the D'Torres Building in Garapan, Saipan, where the firm of the CNMI Republican Party treasurer is located. That firm, sources report, also reportedly provides accounting (tax preparation) services to the Torres law firm.
