Anthony Cruz Flores, 59, is being charged with multiple counts of first and second degree criminal sexual conduct by prosecutor Richelle Canto after a 15-year-old girl accused him of raping her over a nine year period.
"[The victim] reported Flores had been touching her vagina and inserting his fingers in her vagina since she was six years old," Ms. Canto's magistrates report to the Superior Court of Guam states. "[The victim] indicated that eventually, Flores started penetrating her vagina with his penis on separate occasions, starting from the time she was twelve years old, and the last instance was on March 17, 2021."
The girl told police officers that Mr. Flores took pictures of her naked, "in different positions, exposing her upper and lower extremities," according to Ms. Canto's declaration. She said he even had her help him upload the pictures to his laptop, and that she had seen her naked pictures on his cell phone.
Ms. Canto is seeking charges including three counts of first degree criminal sexual conduct, and one count of second degree criminal sexual conduct against Mr. Flores.
