Governor’s spokeswoman Krystal Paco-San Agustin has confirmed the Department of Administration has fixed the payroll issue, and cash should now be in the accounts of line agency employees who have their checks deposited at the Bank of Guam.
Direct deposits should be in the accounts of other banks tomorrow.
