Bradley Gene Aguigui, 24, was arrested for allegedly using social media to entice a girl, who is only 13 years old, to perform fellatio on him.
"I'll give you a hundred dollars to suck my dick," Mr. Aguigui allegedly wrote to the girl via social media. This is according to a declaration of probable cause by prosecutor Christine Tenorio.
When the girl replied, "No," Mr. Aguigui allegedly responded, "Please, come one, I'll give you a hundred bucks."
Ms. Tenorio said Mr. Aguigui then told the victim not to tell anyone.
According to the magistrates report, Mr. Aguigui is related to the victim.
Aguigui is on pretrial release for three counts of burglary as a second degree felony.
Ms. Tenorio is seeking a felony charge of electronic entitlement of a child, a misdemeanor charge of violation of a court order, and a petty misdemeanor charge of harassment against Mr. Aguigui.
