Tumon, Guam) The Guam Police Department has arrested 10 minors over the past two nights for violating the curfew law. The agency had help from the Department of Youth Affairs, according to police spokesman Sgt. Paul Tapao.
They were "relinquished back to their parents."
"A 17-year-old male minor was subsequently confined at the Department of Youth Affairs relative to an Aggravated Assault and Criminal Mischief charges. The Guam Police Department will continue to enforce the curfew law in assuring the safety of our community. We ask parents and guardians to exercise a sense of social responsibility by adhering to the law." - Sgt. Tapao
