(Tumon, Guam) In the midst of the Coronavirus crisis and the ensuing hit to Imperial Pacific International (CNMI) LLC's ability to make money in Saipan, the company's chief financial officer resigned.
Ed Chen will be replaced by Frances Mafnas as IPI CEO, according to a memorandum from IPI's human resources and administration department dated April 5, 2020.
"During the transition period, Ms. Frances Mafnas will oversee all Finance matters until a new CFO is identified. Frances will be supported by Joyce Lim." - IPI memorandum of April 5
