(Tumon, Guam) According to a notice by Guam Power Authority and Guam Waterworks Authority, if you're behind on your power and water payments, you need not worry about your service being disconnected at least until March 31, 2020.
While your service will not be discontinued, GPA and GWA are asking that you make payment by phone or using the online payment system. Your bill will accumulate, and you will need to settle your account when this temporary policy expires.
