Christopher Clarence Flores, Jr., 21, faces a criminal mischief charge from his mother's accusation that he spat in his 78-year-old grandfather's face during an argument.
Prosecutor Steven J. Haderlie states in his declaration of probable cause that Mr. Flores then broke the window screen in the home's living room then locked himself in his room, when police arrived.
Police escorted Mr. Flores from the home as Mr. Flores cussed at police and spat at his grandfather's face again, according to Mr. Haderlie's statement.
The magistrates report does not state whether Mr. Flores's mother beat his ass for disrespecting his grandfather that way.
What did you expect? A spoiled child, over pampered, flunked kindergarten, can’ find a job, leeching off mother and grand fat(er, disrupting family unity because he has been psychologically damaged. Just saying. The ‘pari, connections and familia name politrix handbook’ didn’t come to his rescue. Yes, maybe he was expecting to be a GovGuam salaried employee. Yes, ‘spitting on your grandfather’s face is a new emotional reaction. Flores didn’t like what the grandfather said. And what did GPD do? Call DPHSS or Crime Stoppers?
