(Tumon, Guam) We are monitoring an area of low pressure that formed near the Marshall Islands that has been designated by the Joint Typhoon Warning Center (JTWC) as Invest 91W. It is a weak system now but models showing it slowly organizing and possibly heading toward the Marianas. The uncertainty of what will happen with this disturbance is very high right now though so we will keep a close watch on any potential development over the next few days.
