9:45 am STORY UPDATE: According to Police spokesman Sgt. Paul Tapao, the Jeep ran off the roadway, into the building parking lot, then through the storefront of Jerry’s Kitchen. Police classified the case as an Auto Ran Off Roadway, with no injuries, and no one suspected of Driving While Intoxicated.
ORIGINAL STORY:
Pictures circulating widely in the community shows the storefront of the Chinese restaurant at the ITC intersection in Tamuning completely destroyed. The pictures also show a red Jeep covered in glass debris, which appears to be the weapon used to smash the restaurant storefront.
