(Tumon, Guam) The Guam Police Department suspects the woman found along Ramirez Way between Toto and Maite Saturday night was murdered.
"[W]e have reasons [to] believe that the death may be foul play," police spokesman Sgt. Paul Tapao said. "However, we will still need to wait for an autopsy to be performed. Resources have been made available from other law enforcement agencies to assist GPD with the investigation as we work in identifying the female victim."
