Senator's Chief of Staff admits lobbying efforts by game room owners

Senator Louise Borja Muna

The Chief of Staff for Senator Louise Borja Muna admitted to Kandit News today that his senator has been involved in at least 2 meetings/conversations with Game Room owner Gil Shinohara to pressure her to vote against legislation that would ban game rooms on Guam.

Public documents from the Guam Election Commission show that the owners of the game rooms are in fact frequent donors to Senator Borja Muna. Kandit News has sent several request to Senator Borja Castro asking her if she would support the legislation banning game rooms and she has outright refused to answer our requests. According to her chief of staff, the Senator has NOT been ignoring the owners of the game rooms.

Is there any documented proof that Gil Shinohara owns any game rooms?
