We're onto something involving the University of Guam's ongoing appetite for lavish spending. On May 10, 2021, Kandit sent a Freedom of Information Act request for documents to UOG. We specifically invoked our right under the law to receive digital copies of these documents. Instead, UOG has since responded that it will open these documents to public inspection on May 24, 2021 - 14 days after the FOIA request. The university also will be charging for any copies of the documents we wish to take, when we already have invoked our right to free, paperless digital copies.
