(Tumon, Guam) The seaport's operations were shut down for around three hours this morning due to Guam Power Authority's smoke stacks. A couple employees had to be seen by Guam Fire Department medics and one went to Guam Memorial Hospital to get checked. Officials ended up giving the "all clear" to commence operations.
One employee told Kandit, "I still smell smoke."
