Below are our video packages that began our look into a corruption scandal involving Joseph Guevara, former government permits administrator, and his wife, Janine Guevara, hold sold real estate from developments her husband fast tracked and approved.


The first package explains how this story starts.


The second package explains Ms. Guevara's association with Landmark Realty Group, and the admission from Department of Public Works director Vince Arriola that Mr. Guevara may have left some victims behind from his days in the government.
