(Tumon, Guam) In a 40-second video with Korean subtitles marketed in Korea, Governor Lou Leon Guerrero has been inviting Korean travelers to Guam, despite her claim that she is doing everything possible to limit exposure of Guamanians to COVID-19 and to keep us safe.
