WTF is this island becoming?
Smoky the Siamese cat is Liguan Terrace resident Daniel Ignacio's best friend. He was shot this weekend at his home. Smoky's condition seems to be deteriorating, but Mr. Ignacio is out of work, and doesn't have the money to afford veterinary care.
Kandit offered to cover veterinary consulting costs for Smoky, but Mr. Ignacio also doesn't have reliable transportation to take Smoky back and forth to the clinic.
The young man just wants to raise awareness about the seemingly cruel place this island is becoming, with the increasing violence against both humans and pets.
